How do consultations and payments work?

Most projects begin with a £49.50 Cloud & Systems Consultation. Once that’s completed, you’ll receive a fixed-price proposal with milestones. For typical website builds a common schedule is £49.50 consultation (usually credited), 50% on agreed scope, and 50% before go-live. Very small or advisory-only pieces may use a simple one-off fee instead.

How fast can we go live?

Starter sites often launch within 2–3 weeks once content is ready and the consultation is complete. Larger scopes, automations and integrations are typically 3–6+ weeks depending on complexity and your availability.

Where should we use AI (and where not)?

Great for triage, lead-qualifying, internal answers and summaries. Not for final legal or medical decisions, or big approvals without human review. We’ll design guardrails so it fits your risk appetite and regulatory context.

Who owns the site and data?

You do. We host and maintain things, but you keep the domain, content and code. We use clear data-processing terms and can hand everything over if you ever move away.

Do you only work in Sussex & Hampshire?
